About the Role
Airwallex is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SDR, Outbound Sales to join their SME & Growth team in South Korea. This role will contribute to the team’s growth by driving strategic projects and sales initiatives focused on scalability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the Outbound team to design and manage projects that drive commercial KPIs and optimise growth across priority verticals
- →Partner with stakeholders in Outbound, Marketing, and Revenue Strategy & Operations teams to execute projects including territory planning and forecasting
- →Manage day-to-day operational tasks using Salesforce and other data platforms
- →Analyse performance metrics to identify trends and develop improvement strategies
- →Support building and nurturing relationships with prospects and customers
- →Design and execute outbound campaigns to boost prospect engagement
- →Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences for prospects
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- ✓1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial/operational roles
- ✓Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and analytics tools
- ✓Superior verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
- ✓Proven ability to identify and execute on process improvements
- ✓Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in a startup or scale-up
