About the Role
We are looking for an Embedded Linux Developer to join our team at Ajax Systems, a leading European developer and manufacturer of security systems with smart home capabilities. You will work on our ecosystem of 180 devices, mobile and desktop applications, and server infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop and maintain Embedded Linux systems for security devices
- βWork with U-boot, ARM Toolchains, Kernel, RootFS, and BusyBox
- βImplement device tree and udev configurations
- βDevelop in C/C++ and SHELL-scripting
- βUtilize Git and make tools for version control and build systems
Requirements
- βDeep knowledge of Embedded Linux with 3+ years of development experience
- βProfessional proficiency in C/C++ and SHELL-scripting
- βExperience with Git and make tools
- βFamiliarity with device tree and udev
- βUnderstanding of ARM-processor architecture
- βBasic knowledge of digital and analog interfaces including I2C, SPI, UART/TTL, Ethernet, USB, HDMI, MIPI, SATA, eMMC
- βExperience working with peripherals such as sensors, actuators, controllers, and accelerometers
