About the Role
Ajax Systems is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves managing CRM leads, coordinating sales events, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage CRM leads, including analysis and follow-up
- βHandle Partner Portal quarterly results management, analysis, and follow-up
- βOrganize distributors' events, including invitations, follow-up, and feedback
- βQualify and track leads from Ajax events
- βMake outbound calls to potential customers to promote solutions
- βRespond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads
- βBuild and maintain customer relationships
- βKeep accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
- βCollaborate with other departments for seamless customer experience
- βProvide regular updates to management on performance
- βManage sales data including orders, payments, and forecasts
- βPrepare sales proposals and materials
- βCoordinate sales events, demonstrations, and presentations
Requirements
- βProven experience in inside sales, preferably in IT or IoT
- βExcellent verbal and written communication skills
- βGoal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets
- βAbility to build long-term customer relationships
- βProficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- βSelf-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
