About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join Ajax Systems, the largest manufacturer of security systems in Europe. This role involves achieving sales targets, building relationships with dealers and integrators, and contributing to market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- βAchieve sales targets with key accounts
- βStrategize, plan, and deliver compelling presentations to engage business partners and stakeholders
- βFoster strong relationships with dealers, alarm receiving centers, and integrators
- βConduct comprehensive product and commercial education sessions
- βAdvocate for Ajax Systems products in system specifications
- βCollaborate with distribution partners to meet business partner needs
- βContribute to market strategies tailored to Ajax Systems products
- βAssist in developing targeted strategies for vertical markets
- βParticipate in marketing events and exhibitions
- βProvide feedback to management based on market requirements
Requirements
- βB2B sales experience with intrusion/CCTV/access control or other security products in the UK market
- βExperience working with large clients, preferably system integrators and alarm companies
- βStrong business sense and network in the industry
- βDeep understanding of industry standards, channels, and sectors
- βTechnical competence with security products
- βStrong sales and technical presentation skills
- βAbility to travel up to 70-80% of the time
- βProactive, self-driven with hunter mentality
