About the Role
Ajax Systems is seeking a Technical Trainer to join their team. This role involves conducting technical seminars, presentations, and webinars on Ajax products for customers and employees, as well as teaching technical staff at distributors and dealers.
Key Responsibilities
- βConduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, webinars on the product (for customers and company employees).
- βIntroduce product roadmaps and new features for Ajax Systems distributors, as well as installers.
- βTeach technical staff at Ajax Systems distributors and dealers to increase their knowledge of products and technology.
- βPromote and introduce product solutions according to customer thesis, technical consultation, and support of key clients.
- βMarket research and comparative characteristics of products of the competitors.
- βDevelop long-term relationships with key partners of the company.
- βTest product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with the rest of the team.
- βSupport sales team with follow from leads in our portal
- βAnalyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.
Requirements
- β2 or more years of experience in a similar role within alarm, video surveillance, access control, and home automation fields.
- βExcellent working knowledge of intrusion and IP CCTV and access control systems.
- βExperience in installing/designing video surveillance, fire, intrusion, or other security systems.
- βExperience in public speaking (as an advantage).
- βStrong communication skills.
- βAvailability to travel for business.
- βAn outgoing personality and can work independently.
