Key Responsibilities
- βManage projects from requirements approval for automated testing/firmware/calibration to implementation in mass production
- βSet and monitor task execution, control ordering of boards/components and their assembly
- βFacilitate cross-team interactions with device and pre-sales teams for new device releases
- βConduct kick-off meetings and other activities, maintain meeting notes, and oversee project documentation
- βTroubleshoot projects already launched in production
- βSupport people management and team building processes
- βLead auxiliary projects for process optimization/automation within the team and across departments
Requirements
- β2+ years of commercial experience as a PM or automation production manager
- βExperience with successful releases of multiple projects, including hardware-related ones
- βProactivity, leadership, and high self-organization
- βAbility to listen effectively and communicate ideas clearly and concisely
- βBasic understanding of how electronic devices work and their components
- βExperience facilitating meetings aimed at finding optimal solutions among diverse specialists
- βAbility to quickly resolve emerging issues, switch between tasks, and take responsibility for decisions
