Key Responsibilities
- βDeliver releases on time, with high quality and efficiency
- βCreate new or adapt existing processes for interactions with adjacent systems
- βConduct technical negotiations with developers, analysts, and partners
- βResolve issues that arise during integration and testing with partners
- βSupport partners during acceptance testing
- βManage changes and risks in projects
- βEstimate work volume and plan releases
- βParticipate in prioritization and maintenance of the backlog
- βPlan and prioritize tasks for the team
- βInteract with technical leads and architects throughout the project development
- βInteract with stakeholders and product owners
- βOrganize and modify operational and working processes to optimize resource use
- βTeam resource management (organization and participation in hiring, terminations, personal development plans)
- βResolve organizational issues to maintain team comfort and focus on results
Requirements
- β3+ years of experience in IT project management as a technical PM
- βLeadership, proactivity, and high self-organization
- βAnalytical, systematic, and critical thinking
- βExperience in integration projects
- βExperience with releases involving multiple teams simultaneously
- βKnowledge and experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), ability to adapt them to project needs
- βKnowledge of classical project management principles
- βStrong communication skills: ability to find compromises with stakeholders, obtain and clarify necessary information
- βAbility to quickly solve problems, make decisions, and take responsibility
- βAbility to work with a team, regardless of personal or team mood, lead, coordinate, and motivate
- βEnglish β not lower than Intermediate
