About the Role
Ajax Systems is seeking a Fire Systems Technical Trainer to join our Global Business Development team. This role involves conducting technical seminars, presentations, and webinars on fire products for customers and company employees, as well as training technical staff at distributors and dealers.
Key Responsibilities
- βConduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on fire products for customers and company employees.
- βIntroduce fire product roadmaps and new features for Ajax Systems distributors and installers.
- βTeach technical staff at Ajax Systems distributors and dealers to increase their knowledge of products and technology.
- βPromote and introduce product solutions according to customer needs, provide technical consultation, and support key clients.
- βPerform market research and comparative analysis of competitor products.
- βDevelop long-term relationships with key partners of the company.
- βTest product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions, collaborating with the team.
- βSupport the sales team with follow-up on leads in our portal.
- βAnalyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.
Requirements
- β2 or more years of professional experience in Fire Systems.
- βWorking knowledge of intrusion and IP CCTV and access control systems.
- βExperience in installing or designing fire, intrusion, or other security systems.
- βExperience in public speaking (advantageous).
- βStrong communication skills.
- βAvailability to travel for business.
- βAn outgoing personality and ability to work independently.
