About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Alarm.com, a leading platform for intelligently connected properties. This role involves developing innovative solutions for partners and subscribers worldwide, with a focus on the IoT space.
Key Responsibilities
- →Become an expert on our solution, the commercial market and our customers
- →Develop a vision for the future of the product and codify it into specifications
- →Share your vision with stakeholders and develop buy in
- →Work with various engineering teams to bring your vision to reality
- →Confirm that products meet specifications and gain external validation
- →Share information about our products both internally and externally
- →Track and communicate progress
- →Work closely with our support team to ensure customers have a great experience
- →Take ownership of issues that need to be resolved
Requirements
- ✓Minimum B.S. or B.A. in an engineering discipline, computer science, math, physics or related field
- ✓Excellent written and oral communication skills
- ✓1-3 years of experience
- ✓Desire to work at the intersection of hardware and software
- ✓History of taking initiative, tackling ambiguity and self-directed learning
- ✓Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
