About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Network Development to join our Strategic Markets Team. This role is responsible for driving growth by building relationships with independent primary care practices and local partners to establish and expand our network in key markets. The director will recruit practices to participate in value-based care contracts while achieving annual growth targets and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage with prospective practices in a consultative manner to evaluate fit and secure commitment to value-based care contracts
- →Extend and negotiate participation agreements using Salesforce CRM, Conga, and DocuSign software
- →Coordinate with field teams to generate referrals and leverage reference sites and experts
- →Conduct outbound prospecting and respond to inbound leads for assigned accounts
- →Serve as a mentor to Network Development Leads and other Growth/Field team members
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field
- ✓12+ years of experience in healthcare industry with focus on population health management/value-based care/accountable care
- ✓Willingness to travel up to 50-100%
- ✓Knowledge of Community Health Centers, Primary Care Associations, and HCCNs
- ✓Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, sales engagement platforms, and Learning Management Systems
- ✓Expertise in developing and documenting key workflows, processes, and best practices
- ✓Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
- ✓Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial, high-growth environments
