About the Role

We are looking for an all-star Customer Success Manager to join Algolia, a pioneer and market leader in AI Search. You will be a dedicated advocate with impeccable relationship management skills, driving maximum value and success for our customers while building long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive and nurture post go-live customers by increasing adoption and value realization
→Lead the enablement of users through product trainings
→Partner with Solutions Architects to guide customers through project management and technical requirements
→Provide regular, proactive recommendations to optimize platform usage
→Maximize product feature adoption to drive value
→Document and articulate the Return on Investment
→Identify at-risk accounts and work proactively to eliminate churn risk
→Identify opportunities to expand partnerships with customers
→Analyze lost accounts to identify reasons for churning
→Ensure quick resolution of account issues
→Function as the voice of the customer internally
→Track key account metrics

Requirements

✓Fluency in English and Arabic
✓Additional languages such as French beneficial
✓2-3 years relevant work experience in customer success, account management, or project management
✓Experience working with a portfolio of accounts, supporting a highly technical product
✓Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
✓Ability to set priorities, drive decisions, and get closure on recommendations
✓Experience managing customer engagements to completion
✓Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
✓Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
