The Team
Most people know Deliveroo as the app that brings sushi or burgers to their front door. Deliveroo for Work (DfW) is our dedicated B2B arm. We help businesses - from tech startups to global law firms - manage their corporate catering and employee food perks.
Whether itβs providing late-night meals for hardworking teams, organising office pop-ups, managing monthly "stipends" for remote workers, or catering massive boardroom events, DfW is the secret ingredient to a happy office culture. We offer companies a centralised platform to control spending while giving their employees access to the best restaurants in the city.
The growth opportunity remains huge, with 2026 being an important year for the business.
You'll sit within the UKI Team, reporting to the Senior Account Manager for the UK and Ireland. You'll be the primary point of contact between Deliveroo and our key corporate clients in UKI to provide a world-class Deliveroo experience. This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys building relationships and drawing insights from data to guide growth. You will work under a hybrid work model with (at least) 3 days a week based in our London office or out meeting clients with periodic meetings at our London HQ with the wider team.
The Role
The primary responsibility of the Corporate Account Manager is to develop and grow a portfolio of accounts acquired by the Business Development Manager (with whom you will closely partner). You will be instrumental in the growth strategy of each account and a key contributor to overall market expansion.
You will always put clients and their needs at the very centre of your focus through identifying opportunities where Deliveroo can help solve workplace problems and most importantly, build strong and long-lasting relationships in the process.
The responsibilities of the Corporate Account Manager are:
- Portfolio Management: manage a portfolio of key corporate accounts across the UK, building strong relationships with decision-makers and uncovering growth opportunities using data-driven insights. You will monitor portfolio performance through key metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth levers to develop tailored strategies to maximise and retain revenue.
- Strategic Vision: leverage commercial data, client behaviour insights, and market performance analysis to identify growth levers and performance risks to influence the UK strategy. Translate complex portfolio trends into clear, actionable recommendations that inform decision-making and drive measurable commercial outcomes.
- Technical Account Management: develop deep expertise in the DfW product suite to advise clients on best-practise usage. Build credibility as a trusted technical partner by proactively identifying risks, troubleshooting issues, and driving timely resolution to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stakeholder Management: build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders across client organisations and internal teams, acting as the primary point of contact for your portfolio. Understand stakeholders and their priorities, tailoring your engagement and communication to secure buy-in, resolve issues quickly, and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: partner closely with Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Global Commercial teams to represent your portfolioβs priorities. Translate portfolio performance insights into clear requirements, influence roadmaps and campaigns, and ensure initiatives are aligned to UK growth objectives.
- Project Ownership: lead and deliver high-impact strategic projects in partnership with the DfW UKI leadership team, from problem definition through to execution. Drive initiatives that improve revenue growth, client retention, and operational efficiency in 2026 and beyond.

That means we have no judgement when it comes to any one of the things that make you who you are - your gender, race, sexuality, religion or a secret aversion to coriander. All you need is a passion for (mostly) food and a desire to be part of one of the fastest-growing businesses in a rapidly growing industry.
