About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Algolia’s Data Platform. This role focuses on owning the product vision, strategy, and execution for data collection and transformation capabilities, empowering businesses to unlock the full potential of their product and record/catalog data for exceptional AI search and agentic experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and evolve capabilities that convert raw, heterogeneous data into optimised, Algolia-ready formats.
- →Drive schema alignment, normalisation, and mapping to make data searchable and usable.
- →Establish and evolve data quality standards for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across records.
- →Define platform metrics and instrumentation that demonstrate business impact.
- →Shape how customers prepare data for AI search and agentic experiences.
- →Directly impact onboarding speed, data quality, retrieval, relevance, and platform adoption.
- →Collaborate with Connector Platform teams to ensure transformed data can be easily ingested from diverse systems.
- →Work with GTM, Professional Services, and partner teams to improve data quality and onboarding workflows.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, data platforms, or developer products.
- ✓Strong experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformation, schema design/alignment, and data quality systems.
- ✓Familiarity with event tracking, ingestion frameworks, and data modeling for search, analytics, or ML.
- ✓Track record of defining vision, KPIs, and roadmap for a complex technical product area.
- ✓Ability to simplify complex data systems and explain trade-offs to engineers, leadership, and customers.
