Recruitment Operations Manager at AllegisGlobalSolutions

About the Role

As a Recruitment Operations Manager, you will lead the overall service delivery of the recruitment team, focusing on measuring KPIs and building strong stakeholder relationships. You will be responsible for staying aware of the latest trends and sharing knowledge with the wider Allegis Global Solutions RPO community to ensure value delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• →Communicate the process and benefits of the solution to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/projects, and additional service offerings
• →Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance, and reduce risk
• →Monitor the delivery of recruitment services in accordance with the ‘AGS Way’, ensuring seamless delivery between onsite and offshore resources
• →Ensure the team is fully briefed on the contractual recruitment delivery process, including in-scope activities, SLAs, mandatory recruitment activity stages, and team responsibilities
• →Develop an effective Talent Pool framework for all business units, including job segmentation, defined sourcing strategies, and an articulated engagement plan per role type
• →Manage relationships with 3rd party service providers as assigned
• →Represent the client brand in the market to attract and retain talent, developing a reputation of recruitment best practice/employer of choice
• →Monitor service delivery against contractual terms, manage out-of-scope service requests, and provide support for proposal management where appropriate
• →Recruit, induct, and train new team members as required
• →Ensure effective performance optimization of all team members, including setting KPIs, devising development plans, and providing mentoring.
