About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Content Specialist to join our growing team at Allstar Home Services. This hands-on role will help execute, organize, and optimize our day-to-day marketing efforts across digital, social, and local channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute digital marketing campaigns and content plans
- →Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and workflows
- →Assist in creating marketing content for digital and print using Canva and Adobe
- →Manage social media marketing across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit
- →Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite
- →Support online reputation management and customer reviews
- →Track marketing analytics, performance metrics, and attribution
- →Support CRM and lead tracking data accuracy using AccuLynx and CallRail
- →Assist with local marketing, events, home shows, and trade shows
Requirements
- ✓1+ year experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, social media, or content marketing
- ✓Experience with marketing tools and analytics (Canva, Adobe, Meta Business Suite)
- ✓Strong organizational and execution skills
- ✓Comfortable working with metrics, KPIs, and accountability
