About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join Almedia, a rapidly growing company aiming to become Germany’s second bootstrapped unicorn. This role involves building and iterating on internal tools and products, with a focus on integrating AI capabilities into our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain full stack applications (front end, back end, databases)
- →Build and maintain back-end services in Node.js
- →Integrate and orchestrate AI APIs into existing and new systems
- →Use prompting and current AI tools to design useful AI-powered features
- →Work across multiple systems and data sources, making sense of fragmented data
- →Collaborate with business teams to understand their work and tools, identify where AI can improve their workflows, and translate needs into technical solutions
Requirements
- ✓Production experience with Node.js
- ✓Experience integrating and working with AI APIs
- ✓Strong coding skills and solid engineering fundamentals
- ✓Full stack capabilities: front end, back end, databases
- ✓Good prompting skills and ability to use current AI tools effectively
- ✓Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Curiosity, initiative, and strong learning mindset (especially around AI)
