About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Manager to join Almedia, a fast-scaling startup aiming to become Germany’s second bootstrapped unicorn. In this role, you will operate across the entire commercial spectrum, driving revenue and shaping the future of marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive revenue through new logo acquisition, regional expansion, and account growth
- →Master the technical aspects of AdTech, including SDKs, APIs, and monetization data
- →Identify and fix bottlenecks in client onboarding and data tracking processes
- →Serve as the market’s voice, providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams
Requirements
- ✓A high motor and comfort with the intensity of a startup environment
- ✓Technical curiosity and the ability to discuss metrics like LTV, ROAS, and attribution
- ✓Versatility in pitching to CEOs, analyzing integration logs, and working with CRM data
- ✓Experience in building projects, teams, or processes from the ground up
- ✓Strong sales instincts and experience with cold outreach and negotiations
