About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join Almedia, a rapidly growing company aiming to become Germany's second bootstrapped unicorn. This role involves managing all organic social channels for FreeCash, driving user acquisition, activation, and retention through engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
- →Fully own and manage FreeCash’s social presence
- →Design, produce, and publish native social content daily
- →Launch and run full-scale organic campaigns
- →Continuously analyze content data to improve performance
- →Maintain high-quality creative standards
- →Increase revenue, sign-ups, and in-app purchases from organic social channels
- →Grow overall reach, followers, and engagement metrics across multiple platforms
- →Build and nurture a loyal community around FreeCash
- →Actively address and counter negative sentiment to protect brand reputation
Requirements
- ✓Experience in Social Media Management B2C, ideally in gaming or ad tech industries
- ✓Proven track record of driving performance through organic content
- ✓Strong creator skills — you film, edit, write, post
- ✓Deep platform knowledge: X, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, TikTok
- ✓Familiarity with AI content tools
