About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Manager to join Alohi, an AI-first SaaS scale-up focused on simplifying business operations. This role involves building and growing Alohi's partner ecosystem across EMEA and the Americas, driving revenue through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prospect, recruit, and onboard new partners (resellers, IT companies, OEMs) across EMEA and the Americas
- →Train and enable partners on Alohi's product suite, sales methodologies, and implementation best practices
- →Qualify inbound leads and deliver tailored product demos to end customers
- →Match customers with the right partner based on region, industry, and project requirements
- →Negotiate licensing, pricing, and commercial terms with partners and customers
Requirements
- ✓1–4 years of experience in technology sales, partner management, or channel development
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership
- ✓Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable delivering demos and leading negotiations
- ✓Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across regions and industries
- ✓Self-starter who thrives in autonomous environments with real accountability from day one
- ✓Passionate about sales: you like to convince, negotiate, and hit targets
