THE ROLE As a Product and Brand Designer at Alohi, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our products. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our brand is consistently represented across all platforms, while also focusing on creating intuitive and engaging product designs. This position is based in our Geneva office. RESPONSIBILITIES Product Design: • Create innovative and user-centric designs for our suite of products. • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. • Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and refine designs. • Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across products. Brand Identity: • Develop and maintain the visual identity and brand guidelines of Alohi. • Develop and maintain a brand platform and an assets library • Create marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand story and value proposition. • Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging campaigns and promotional assets. • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. Collaboration: • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on goals and strategies. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solutions. • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for feedback and approval. Trend Analysis: • Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to inform your work. • Analyze competitor designs to understand market positioning and identify opportunities. • Continuously seek ways to enhance user experience and brand engagement. REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 3 years of experience in both brand and product design • Excellent experience using Figma for prototyping and designing • Experience using other design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, as well as AI tools • Fluent in English Nice to have • Experience in designing for SaaS products • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers • Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing WHAT WE OFFER • Office First: We believe the best collaboration happens in person.
