About the Role
The Operations Manager is a critical member of the store leadership team at ALO, responsible for bringing the company's operational strategy to life in the store. This role focuses on inventory management, labor planning, and scheduling to ensure the store operates efficiently and is always customer-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee and support execution of key operational processes
- →Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues
- →Champion strong operational standards for the sales floor
- →Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts
- →Represent the business in meetings and on conference calls
- →Review and monitor business data, including expenses and sell-thru metrics
- →Lead the Operations team through accountability and continuous coaching
- →Establish internal and external pipelines through succession planning and recruitment
- →Oversee the execution of Flow experience deliverables
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational goals
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- ✓Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- ✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
- ✓Independent work ethic and strong time management skills
- ✓Alignment with and embodiment of ALO’s Guiding Principles
- ✓Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- ✓Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
