<p><strong>About the position:</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a motivated and curious <strong>Talent Sourcer</strong> who is eager to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition and grow into a recruitment professional. In this role, you will work <strong>closely and directly with our Talent Acquisition Lead</strong>, gaining handsβon exposure to real hiring challenges and bestβinβclass sourcing practices. You will play an active role in identifying, engaging, and evaluating talent, while contributing to a positive and professional candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is early in their career, highly motivated to learn, and ready to take ownership from day one.</p>

<p><u>Key responsibilities: </u></p>

<li>Support and contribute to endβtoβend recruitment processes, with a strong emphasis on proactive talent sourcing across multiple channels</li>
<li>Build and maintain highβquality talent pipelines aligned with current and envisioned hiring needs</li>
<li>Prepare clear, concise, and wellβstructured candidate summaries and shortlists for recruiters and hiring managers</li>
<li>Act as an early touchpoint and brand ambassador for Lab49, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage</li>
<li>Conduct structured initial candidate screenings, assessing motivation, role fit, and alignment with Lab49βs consultative culture</li>
<li>Ensure accurate administration, documentation, and ATS data management throughout the recruitment lifecycle</li>
<li>Partner closely with recruiters, contributing ideas and insights to improve sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and overall process efficiency</li>

<li>Confident, professional English communication skills, both written and verbal</li>
<li>A strong learning mindset with genuine curiosity about recruitment, people, and business needs, including a desire to understand the Lab49 business and operating model</li>
<li>Previous exposure to HR or recruitment</li>
<li>Clear, engaging communication style with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates</li>
<li>Organized and detailβoriented approach, comfortable managing multiple recruitment activities in parallel</li>
<li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism</li>
</ul>
