About the Role
This role sits at the center of how marketing scales at AlphaSense. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will help bring campaigns to life by powering execution, ensuring quality, and strengthening the operational foundation that enables marketing to move faster and smarter. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Demand Generation, Events, and Marketing leadership to ensure programs launch cleanly, consistently, and in alignment with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the execution of marketing campaigns by managing list imports for events and programs, ensuring data accuracy and readiness
- →Own intake and complete program builds for select stakeholders, helping teams move faster while staying aligned to best practices
- →Clone approved program templates and populate program data using provided token information for review and approval
- →Review and QA programs built by teams with Marketo access, helping maintain a high bar for quality, consistency, and scalability
- →Create, maintain, and improve program build guides and operational documentation
- →Support change management communications when processes, tools, or standards evolve
- →Contribute ideas to improve workflows, templates, and operational efficiency as the marketing organization grows
Requirements
- ✓1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or campaign support
- ✓Working knowledge of Marketo or another marketing automation platform (Marketo strongly preferred)
- ✓Strong attention to detail and comfort with QA processes, checklists, and documentation
- ✓Ability to follow established processes while also contributing to their continuous improvement
- ✓Clear written communication skills for documentation and internal enablement
- ✓Comfortable managing intake requests and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
