About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Principal Product Manager to join our Expert Research team at AlphaSense. This critical role focuses on reshaping how we identify, attract, and retain the world's leading experts, building the largest, highest-quality database of primary information in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Champion the customer perspective by shaping and executing AI product strategies that address user needs and business goals
- →Collaborate across engineering, design, and product marketing teams to build, launch, and optimize innovative AI-first solutions
- →Analyze market trends and emerging AI models to identify opportunities for competitive advantage
- →Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration
- →Engage with customers to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable product enhancements
Requirements
- ✓Strong customer orientation with experience using interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- ✓Analytical mindset with comfort using SQL for data analysis and decision-making
- ✓Experience as an Investment Banking Analyst or with core buyside customers (Hedge Fund, Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Asset Management)
- ✓Ability to communicate product roadmaps and priorities effectively to cross-functional partners
- ✓AI-first mindset with hands-on experience leveraging AI, machine learning, and LLMs to solve complex problems
