About the Role
We are looking for a Motion Designer to join the AlphaSense Brand & Creative team. This role combines high-end cinematic motion with AI-driven production to define and execute the visual language of our brand in motion.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create high-fidelity motion graphics for brand campaigns, product launches, social channels, and executive keynotes
- →Design and implement repeatable animation systems that leverage AI to reduce manual work
- →Partner with Brand Leads to evolve the AlphaSense motion guidelines
- →Stay on the bleeding edge of creative technology and demo new tools and techniques
- →Work closely with Product Designers to translate software UI into marketing animations
- →Build a library of motion assets and templates for rapid iteration
- →Gain a thorough understanding of the AlphaSense platform and customers to ensure motion work reflects real product value
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in motion graphics and animation
- ✓Deep experience animating SaaS and complex UI systems
- ✓Experience building MOGRTs, scripts, or automated pipelines
- ✓Expertise in After Effects and the Adobe Suite
- ✓Familiarity with 3D (C4D/Blender) and Houdini
- ✓Comfortable working in Figma and collaborating with Product Designers
- ✓Active experimentation with AI tools like Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Runway Gen-3, or Luma
- ✓Ability to turn complex abstract concepts into visual metaphors
- ✓Thrive in the emerging tech environment and enjoy troubleshooting
