About the Role
We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to build and maintain a scalable automated testing framework for a UK-based service used by local authorities. The platform supports the creation and monitoring of personal education plans for vulnerable or looked-after children.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create a full automated regression pack from scratch
- →Maintain the automation suite
- →Design E2E scenarios based on real user actions
Requirements
- ✓Strong knowledge of Core JavaScript (ES6+)
- ✓Solid hands-on experience with Playwright
- ✓Experience designing and maintaining a scalable Page Object Model (POM) architecture
- ✓Experience writing reliable end-to-end tests
- ✓Ability to integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
- ✓Confident use of Playwright debugging and observability tools
