Pour renforcer son pôle Data & Cloud, la Direction des Systèmes d’Information et du Digital du groupe ALTEN recrute un(e) Lead Data Engineer / Responsable Plateforme Data, spécialisé(e) en environnements cloud et plateformes data, sous la responsabilité du Responsable Data / IT. Le poste s’inscrit dans un contexte stratégique au sein du secteur de l’énergie, avec des enjeux forts de transformation et d’innovation.
Missions principales
• Intervenir sur la conception, l’industrialisation et l’exploitation des plateformes data et cloud
• Contribuer à la définition de l’architecture data et à son évolution dans un environnement Python / Airflow
• Piloter et encadrer une équipe de Data Engineers (organisation, montée en compétences, bonnes pratiques)
• Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des pratiques DevOps / DataOps et à l’automatisation des pipelines data
• Intervenir en support des équipes métiers pour comprendre les besoins, proposer des solutions adaptées et garantir la performance des plateformes
• Contribuer aux projets data dans un cadre agile à l’échelle (SAFe)
