About the Role
The Engineering Directorate of ALTEN Group is recruiting a specialized project management engineer to strengthen its research division.
Key Responsibilities
- →Structure and implement project governance within the innovation laboratory.
- →Define and deploy policies, procedures, and methodological standards for project management.
- →Support project managers by providing tools, methodologies, indicators, and best practices to secure research work progress.
- →Optimize allocation and management of resources (experts, researchers, equipment, budgets) according to project priorities and phases.
- →Monitor overall portfolio performance: risk analysis, milestones, planning, KPIs, and reporting to governance bodies.
- →Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, researchers, external partners, and strategic directions to ensure R&D initiative coherence.
