About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager from the tech industry to join an international automobile manufacturer. This role focuses on creating a consistent brand experience throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and carry the user-centered product vision aligned with the manufacturer's brand strategy
- →Harmonize the customer experience across the entire vehicle lifecycle: discovery, purchase, onboarding, driving, resale/end-of-life
- →Translate user and business needs into clear, prioritized product roadmaps
- →Design and prototype user journeys and interfaces using FIGMA
- →Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, marketing, brand, and data teams
- →Lead delivery using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- →Facilitate agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- →Define and track product KPIs (adoption, satisfaction, performance)
- →Ensure quality of user experience and visual and functional consistency of products
Requirements
- ✓Senior experience as a Product Manager in the tech industry
- ✓Strong user-centric approach and customer experience focus
- ✓Experience with digital product development and lifecycle management
- ✓Proficiency in FIGMA for prototyping
- ✓Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- ✓Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- ✓Experience defining and tracking product KPIs
- ✓Strong understanding of user experience design principles
