About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing project progress and ensuring alignment with strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and manage project progress effectively against the strategic vision
- →Create detailed project plans, manage costs, budgets, and schedules
- →Identify necessary changes to project plans based on changing priorities, policies, or resource constraints
- →Develop resource strategies, budgets, staffing models, tools, and support plans to ensure project success
- →Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and internal procedures
- →Monitor project status and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- →Provide progress reports to internal stakeholders
- →Coordinate and manage the deployment of resources (human, infrastructural, financial, informational)
- →Ensure that the service/product meets organizational priorities and user needs, including accessibility
- →Prioritize user stories for each sprint and validate acceptance of completed stories
- →Provide oversight on design and technical decisions
