About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to act as the local representative in Belfast for major transformation projects within the aeronautics sector. This role involves coordinating activities between teams across multiple countries and ensuring project activities are well-organized and progressing effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the on-site representative for the wider programme team, ensuring local alignment and supporting day-to-day decisions
- →Coordinate activities between the Belfast teams and international counterparts, maintaining clear communication and consistent progress
- →Analyse and document current processes, user groups, and local tools, including any unofficial systems in use
- →Organise and lead workshops, capturing discussions, decisions, and follow-up actions in a structured and reliable way
- →Apply established project management methods and standards to support planning, risk tracking, and overall project structure
- →Prepare and consolidate progress updates for international teams, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and easy to understand
