About the Role
As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and securing IT infrastructure and production systems. You will work closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure maximum availability and resilience of critical services and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain operational systems and applications in production, optimizing their availability, performance, and scalability.
- →Automate repetitive tasks and processes for deployment, monitoring, and alerting.
- →Design and implement solutions to improve system reliability and reduce failure rates.
- →Analyze incidents and manage emergencies, aiming to reduce Mean Time To Recovery (MTTR) and increase resilience.
- →Optimize application and infrastructure performance, particularly through capacity and cost management.
- →Collaborate with development teams to promote a DevOps approach and integrate SRE practices from the design phase.
- →Create and track metrics to measure system reliability and performance (SLI, SLO, SLA).
- →Stay updated on technology trends to ensure continuous improvement of SRE tools and processes.
