About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Lead ServiceNow to join our IT team and drive the transformation of our ITSM processes. This role involves leading and supporting projects for the implementation and evolution of the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead the technical design and evolution of the ServiceNow platform.
- βSupervise and mentor ServiceNow developers.
- βDesign and implement solutions on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSM modules.
- βEnsure adherence to ServiceNow best practices in architecture, performance, and security.
- βPerform advanced developments including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
- βManage integrations with third-party systems via API REST and Web Services.
- βContribute to the definition of the technical roadmap and architectural choices.
- βHandle release management, version upgrades, and MCO.
- βPropose continuous improvements to the platform.
- βSupport teams in adopting an Agile approach.
Requirements
- βExpertise in ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.
- βExperience in leading technical projects and mentoring development teams.
- βStrong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSM.
