About the Role
You will join the IT Infrastructure division, responsible for deployments, maintenance, third-line support, and monitoring of core systems. This position is part of the Rollout & Support Operations unit.
Key Responsibilities
- →Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server, Windows Desktop, and Cloud environments
- →Maintain and enhance monitoring solutions to ensure performance and stability
- →Provide high-quality 3rd line support, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- →Support implementation of system changes, upgrades, and security patching
- →Drive infrastructure automation and scripting initiatives
- →Produce operational procedures and technical documentation
- →Translate complex technical topics into clear, business-friendly language
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Windows Server and desktop systems
- ✓Knowledge of Cloud services and Linux/container platforms
- ✓Skills in system support and administration for Windows, Cloud, and Linux
- ✓Familiarity with DNS/DHCP management, firewall requests, and basic network diagnosis
- ✓Experience with security patching and upgrades
- ✓Proficiency in automation using PowerShell, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- ✓Experience with software packaging using modern MDM/endpoint tools like Intune and SCCM
- ✓Ability to write procedures and technical notes
- ✓Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders
