Alvys is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join their team building a multi-tenant SaaS platform for modern freight operations. This role bridges customers and engineering, focusing on product quality, investigating customer issues, and building automation infrastructure for reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own product quality end-to-end and investigate customer issues with technical skill
- →Build automation infrastructure to ensure reliability at scale
- →Monitor real-world usage patterns and production signal
- →Partner with Support and Customer Success to translate customer pain into engineering work
- →Implement targeted fixes and workflow hardening
- →Design and maintain automated test suites and quality infrastructure

Requirements
