About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team at Ambient.ai. This role involves guiding enterprise customers through the implementation, onboarding, and training processes of our AI-powered physical security platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take complete ownership of customers' success, guiding them from post-contract signature to renewal
- →Drive technical implementation, product configuration, and onboarding processes
- →Become an expert on the Ambient.ai platform and relevant technologies
- →Ensure customer feedback is clearly captured and conveyed internally
- →Engage with business leaders to identify opportunities for expansion
- →Partner with marketing to highlight opportunities for customer references and case studies
- →Able to travel up to 30%
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- ✓Basic understanding of L2 switching and Linux networking skills
- ✓Strong program management skills and experience managing projects at large enterprise companies
- ✓Self-motivated, proactive team player with high integrity
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills and experience in building strong relationships
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills
- ✓Basic understanding or interest in learning about machine learning / artificial intelligence
