About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to join our team at AMBOSS. This role focuses on developing and managing partnerships in the DACH region to enhance our market success and ensure medical knowledge is accessible where it's needed.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and manage the overarching strategy for our partners in the DACH region across all product lines
- →Serve as the central point of contact for our entire partner portfolio, maintaining and managing it proactively
- →Identify, win, and develop strategic partnerships to expand our reach
- →Work closely with product teams on software collaborations and with marketing and editorial teams on joint initiatives and campaigns
- →Analyze partner performance, measure ROI, and develop action recommendations
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 8 years of experience in Partnership Management, Key Account Management, or Business Development
- ✓A degree in Business Administration or a medical degree combined with relevant experience
- ✓Strong negotiation skills and ability to build reliable relationships
- ✓Excellent German and fluent English language skills
- ✓Strategic thinking with the ability to maintain a holistic view of the partner portfolio
- ✓Experience with CRM systems and proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint
