About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join Amenitiz, a hospitality management SaaS company empowering over 14,000 hoteliers worldwide. You will be responsible for generating qualified outbound opportunities for the Sales team through solution-based selling and consultative approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage with potential customers through cold calling, educating them on Amenitiz benefits, and generating interest in live demos
- →Listen actively and use probing questions to uncover prospects’ needs and challenges, tailoring pitches to their specific situations
- →Build trust and engagement quickly, ensuring meaningful conversations that lead to qualified sales opportunities
- →Maintain a high volume of outbound activities while ensuring quality interactions and consistent revenue opportunities
- →Ensure accurate and detailed lead management within the CRM (HubSpot)
- →Collaborate with the Sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
- →Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, continuously optimizing prospecting efforts
Requirements
- ✓At least 6 months of experience in a dynamic sales environment
- ✓French native speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- ✓Passion for sales and always looking to go the extra mile
- ✓Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
- ✓Great motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Healthy competitive nature and always strive to be the best
- ✓Tech-savvy, entrepreneurial, and understand current technology trends
- ✓Experience in business development for online travel, hospitech, and/or SaaS is a plus
