About the Role
We are looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative to join Amenitiz, a hospitality management SaaS company empowering over 14,000 hoteliers worldwide. This role involves converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities through effective communication and consultative approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- →Qualify inbound leads by engaging with potential customers via calls, emails, and chat to assess fit.
- →Educate prospects on the value of the product and generate interest in a demo.
- →Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead handover and improve conversion rates.
- →Maintain high-quality data in the CRM (HubSpot) for accurate forecasting.
- →Prioritize inbound inquiries to maximize engagement and conversion.
- →Collaborate with marketing for feedback on lead quality and improvements.
- →Track key metrics to improve response times, conversion rates, and efficiency.
Requirements
- ✓1+ year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in fast-paced environments.
- ✓Strong communication and active listening skills, with a consultative approach.
- ✓Native proficiency in French and excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- ✓Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- ✓Results-driven, motivated by goals, and eager to exceed expectations.
- ✓Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
- ✓Hospitality expert and competition knowledge.
