What Youβll Do
β’ Lead end-to-end project delivery from pre-construction through closeout for wastewater and utility projects
β’ Manage construction of:
β’
β’ Wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs)
β’ Lift/pump stations
β’ Force mains & gravity sewer systems
β’ Water lines & storm drainage infrastructure
β’ Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
β’ Oversee procurement, subcontractors, and equipment for complex civil projects
β’ Ensure compliance with municipal, state, and federal regulations (including TCEQ)
β’ Serve as the primary client-facing leader for municipalities, engineers, and stakeholders
β’ Partner with Superintendents and field teams to ensure safe, high-quality installation
β’
Identify and mitigate risks related to:
β’ Underground conditions
β’ Utility conflicts
β’ Environmental and permitting challenges
β’ Manage contracts, change orders, and cost controls to protect project margins
β’ Lead project meetings, site visits, and performance reporting
β’ Drive successful project closeout (punch lists, as-builts, turnover documentation)
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
β’ 5+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil construction
β’ Strong background in water/wastewater and underground utility projects
β’ Proven experience delivering municipal infrastructure projects (WWTPs, pipelines, pump stations)
β’ Solid understanding of:
β’ Excavation, trenching, shoring
β’ Pipeline installation & utility coordination
β’ Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment systems (highly preferred)
β’ Experience with project financials, scheduling, and subcontractor management
β’ Proficiency in tools like Primavera, Procore, or similar PM software
β’ Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
β’ OSHA certification (preferred)

β’ Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment systems
β’ OSHA certification
β’ Work on high-visibility infrastructure projects that directly impact communities
β’ Strong pipeline of municipal wastewater & utility work in DFW
