About the Role
The Account Manager serves as a business partner to the Buyer's Team, supporting business development and customer relationships for scrap metal products. This role ensures efficient account management processes and optimizes business relationships through proactive analysis and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the buyer by automating pricing calculation processes, handling paperwork, and setting checklists for standard operating procedures
- →Prepare reports to support decision-making, manage troubleshooting for pricing and payables, and route information to stakeholders
- →Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and assist dispatchers with material handling to ensure excellent customer service
- →Work with administrative staff and the sales team to ensure accurate documentation of purchase transactions
- →Create and track purchase orders using the CRM system
Requirements
