About the Role
We are seeking experienced CEOs to serve as interim executives for small to mid-size businesses in need of leadership and financial improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and manage client businesses as an interim CEO
- →Implement changes to improve sales, profits, and cash flow
- →Address business challenges including crisis management and turnarounds
- →Work directly with business owners to implement solutions
- →Ensure all recommendations are fully implemented
Requirements
- ✓20+ years of business experience as a business owner, CEO, COO, CFO, Controller, or Senior Executive
- ✓Prior experience in crisis management and financial controls
- ✓MBA, CPA, or other relevant credentials
- ✓100% travel required (47 weeks per year)
