About the Role
We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our Product Group team. This role focuses on ensuring software applications meet company standards through comprehensive testing processes and collaboration with agile development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- โDesign and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases
- โDevelop and execute automation scripts using test automation tools
- โIdentify, document, and track bugs throughout the development process
- โDevelop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
- โTrack quality assurance metrics including defect densities and open defect counts
- โStay current with new testing tools and strategies
- โRecommend and implement preventative and corrective actions
Requirements
- โExperience working in software development teams with QA methodologies
- โSolid experience writing clear test plans and test cases
- โExperience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Playwright
- โRelevant experience in agile software development and Scrum methodologies
- โExperience using JIRA for product development and support
- โExcellent multitasking and time management skills
- โUndergraduate or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- โStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
