Key Responsibilities
- →Develop deep knowledge of the platform and act as a trusted adviser for customers
- →Conduct research and analysis to identify business challenges and opportunities
- →Write requirements, functional specifications, and supporting documentation
- →Collaborate with Product Managers to analyze processes and implement system changes
- →Work with technology architects to convert business requirements into solutions
- →Analyze data to troubleshoot issues and gather requirements
- →Work closely with QA testers on test strategy and execution
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- ✓2+ years of work experience as an Analyst in relevant fields
- ✓Proficient knowledge of Office 365 and BI tools
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to influence stakeholders and determine acceptable solutions
- ✓Experience in product support and agile software development
- ✓Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and scrum methodologies
- ✓Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- ✓Solid experience with documentation and issue tracking tools
