About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Anchorage Digital, a crypto-native company building the world's most advanced digital asset platform for institutions. This role will support department and business line leads as they engage with clients and refine strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct primary research and data analysis to support strategic initiatives
- →Support and manage cross-functional projects across departments
- →Participate in client conversations to develop relationships and promote business growth
- →Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams
- →Contribute to strategic proposals, client-facing presentations, and business plans
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience across traditional financial services
- ✓At least 1 year of experience in an institutional-focused crypto business (bonus)
- ✓Track record of managing cross-functional initiatives
- ✓Comfort engaging with institutional client leads and internal stakeholders
- ✓Strong communication, coordination, research, data analysis, and presentation skills
- ✓Knowledge of computer science principles and/or basic programming skills (Python, R, Java, SQL)
