About the Role

We are looking for a Data Engineer for Quality Analytics to join Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities with advanced technology. This role involves bridging raw data systems and critical manufacturing business insights, working within business systems like ERP, MES, and QMS to build and improve data analysis models and pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

→Support and maintain data analytics, troubleshoot dashboard accuracy, and improve dashboard effectiveness.
→Investigate data quality issues using SQL and Python to trace problems back to their source.
→Troubleshoot data access issues, improve pipeline performance, and ensure the health of the quality data ecosystem.
→Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and automated monitoring to prevent future issues.
→Enable self-service analytics by building clean, reliable datasets for teams to create dashboards and reports.
→Lead data projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
→Document key data sources, transformation logic, and data models.

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
✓Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality in defense products or complex production processes.
✓3+ years of experience in a technical data role.
✓Experience building and maintaining data pipelines in platforms like Palantir Foundry or Databricks.
✓Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and transformation.
✓Strong analytical mindset with root cause analysis abilities.
✓Experience with tools like Slack, Jira, Excel, and Confluence.
✓Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance.
