About the Role

Anduril Industries is seeking an Operations Manager to join their Air Dominance and Strike Division. This role will support the division's hyper-growth by managing staffing, corporate planning, classified infrastructure, real estate investments, and M&A integrations.

Key Responsibilities

→Build out and run the staffing machine for our organization, enabling efficient recruiting and allocation of resources
→Support our corporate planning cycle by helping to build out and monitor performance against goals, financial plans, and headcount plans
→Organize and manage the division’s classified infrastructure ensuring networks and facilities exist when and where they’re needed
→Manage large scale real estate investments for manufacturing and testing technologies
→Support internal team operations like new employee onboarding, all hands, and division-wide events
→Support M&A integrations ensuring technologies, people, processes, and systems are integrated
→Execute on special projects across staffing, finance, real estate, and other business infrastructure
