About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join our Corporate FP&A team at Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities with advanced technology. The ideal candidate will use financial analysis and modeling to drive insights and influence business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

→Create the financial operating calendar rhythm, including monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables
→Translate complex financial data into compelling strategic narratives for the C-Suite
→Partner with finance leaders in each Division to analyze performance against plan
→Improve and scale financial consolidation, reporting, and forecasting infrastructure
→Lead high-priority, ad-hoc strategic finance projects for senior leadership

Requirements

✓5-8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance/FP&A, or Strategy
✓Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Excel/financial modeling
✓Exceptional written and oral communication skills with strong executive presence
✓Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related field
✓Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
