About the Role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Test Automation Engineering Manager to lead the development of test systems for their electronic products. This role involves managing a team of Electrical Test Automation Engineers and collaborating with various engineering teams to improve test coverage and quality.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage a team of Electrical Test Automation Engineers fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability
→Collaborate with engineering leadership across multiple teams
→Provide consultation with Design Engineers on DFT and feedback from test results
→Define, own, and execute End of Line test plans for new products and features
→Design, manage, and execute PCBA and electrical system components with hands-on testing
→Develop and execute strategic plans for testing capabilities
→Manage budgets and forecast future testing needs
→Drive continuous improvement initiatives
→Serve as the technical expert for test system issues
→Support board bring-up and early design bench validation

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
✓3+ years of experience in personnel and technical management
✓8+ years of hands-on Electrical Engineering experience designing functional test equipment
✓5+ years of experience in Schematic Capture and/or PCBA layout
✓5+ years of experience in scripting languages for automation
✓Advanced experience with computer hardware communication bus protocols
✓Understanding of lab safety protocols
✓Familiarity with measurement analysis techniques
✓Strong Electrical Fundamentals with understanding of hardware and software integration
✓Experience with source code revision and control
✓Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VISIO
✓Able to obtain DOD-Secret Security Clearance or higher
