About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Finance PMO Team at Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA. This role will be responsible for project management across a variety of strategic priorities within the Finance & Accounting organization.

Key Responsibilities

→Own end to end management of select projects within the Finance portfolio, including project intake, prioritization, and resourcing.
→Establish and manage project management reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into overall project timeline, milestones, project health, risks and anticipated outcomes.
→Collaborate with Finance & Accounting stakeholders, as well as cross-functionally with Corporate Technology, Business Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
→Execute adoption and change management to ensure a smooth transition across the organization when systems or processes change.

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in project management or program management, preferably in finance and/or technology
✓Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting practices and systems
✓Advanced skills in project management methodologies and tools
✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
✓Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
✓Experience with financial systems and reporting tools (ERP, EPM, BI tools)
✓Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
